We even clean your fish at no extra charge! There is a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 hunters per boat for bowfishing. Multiple boats are available for large parties by request.

AIRBOAT TOUR WAIVER AND RELEASE

I am aware in signing this document that participation in the Airboat Tour with Southern Outdoor Bowfishing (“the Company”) entails certain risks and dangers.

I am aware that said risks and dangers include, but are not limited to loss or damage of personal property, injury or fatality due to:
- Inclement weather
- Immersion in water
- Slipping
- Hypothermia, hyperthermia
- Falling
- Drowning
- Insect bites
- Capsizing
- Animal bites and/or attacks
- Running aground or into stationary objects and/or hidden obstructions; and/or
- Loose clothing and hair becoming in entangled in the engine or other equipment on the airboat
- Suffering of any type of accident or illness in remote areas without easy access to medical facilities or while riding as a passenger on the airboat.
- Falling objects

I acknowledge that while the airboat captain and the Company staff will make every reasonable effort to minimize exposure to known risks, all dangers, hazards and perils associated with this activity cannot be foreseen.

I understand and assume all dangers, hazards, perils and risks associated with both active and passive participation in this airboat tour and waive all claims to causes of actions arising from participation therein, and I release all persons and agents from liability whether by negligence, breach of contract, strict liability, or otherwise, which I may have against Chris Faler, the Company, its successors and assigns, its owners, Board of Directors, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and their heirs, executors, and assigns.
